  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you have not received your package but the tracking states it was delivered, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
